You'll get connected to our Director of Leadership Development, who you can reach out to for assistance as needed.

Your leaders get to connect with other group leaders across R40 three times a year to share what's working.
Additionally, you have access to ongoing training through our NEXT meetings as new men step up to lead small groups, so leadership never runs dry.

Once a year, we hold a one-night conference for all R40 members. It is a unifying time that breaks shame, celebrates victory, and encourages one another towards holiness and biblical manhood.

No. Revive40 is designed to be a turnkey ministry, not another program for the pastor to personally manage. We’ll help identify and train 2–3 men from your church who can lead the group, then equip them with the curriculum, resources, and ongoing support they need.

No problem. Your leaders don’t need to be professional counselors or recovery experts. Revive40 provides hands-on training that allows prospective leaders to experience the recovery process and curriculum themselves before leading other men. We’ll teach them how to facilitate meetings, ask the right questions, build accountability, and walk alongside men pursuing freedom.

Revive40 groups meet for 90 minutes to two hours and follow a proven format built around biblical teaching, the WIN curriculum, honest conversation, and accountability. We provide the structure and weekly video teaching, so your leaders can focus less on preparing lessons and more on leading and caring for the men in the room.

There is no cost to your church to host a Revive40 group. We provide the training, curriculum framework, weekly teaching resources, and guidance needed to help you get started. Your church provides the leaders, meeting space, and commitment to creating a safe place where men can pursue recovery.

Every church moves at a different pace. From the first conversation through leadership training and launch, the timeline depends largely on your church’s readiness, leadership availability, and calendar. We won’t rush the process just to hit a launch date, we’ll work alongside your team to make sure your leaders are prepared before the first group begins.
